About | This accessory dwelling unit in inner Southeast Portland was fully designed, permitted and constructed by myself and childhood friends. All construction work was completed in-house, except for initial excavation, gypsum and final electrical wiring. As owner and design lead, I developed and permitted all of the architectural drawings, and completed 40% of the construction in a three-man building team.
